Research Progress on Coagulase-Negative Staphylococci

Abstract: Staphylococci are common Gram-positive cocci, divided into two main categories: coagulase-positive staphylococi and coagulase-negative staphylococci. Unlike coagulase-positive staphylococi,coagulase-negative staphylococci have long been consideredto have lowor no pathogenicity.Rarelydo coagulase-negative staphylococci produce infections with clinical symptoms,yet they frequently colonize human skin and mucous membranes. However, with the advancement of medical technology and the emergence of immunocompromised patient populations,coagulase-negative staphylococci have now become common pathogens in hospital-acquired infections. Their pathogenic roleis increasingly recognized in clinical hospital setings,making coagulase-negativestaphylococci a growing global public healthconcerm.The purpose of thisarticle is toreview the epidemiology,pathogenicity,and drug resistance of coagulase-negative staphylococci in order to ofer a theoretical foundation for improved treatment and prevention of infections caused by these bacteria.

凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(Coagulasenegativestaphylococci,CNS)是葡萄串状排列的革兰阳性球菌,是定植在人和动物体表及与外界相通的腔道中的条件致病菌,能引起人和动物的多种感染[1-2],由于不能产生血浆凝固酶等物质,过去一直被认为无致病作用,在临床样本中也只是作为污染物出现[3-4],同时其较弱的毒力作用未引起人们重视,随着各种侵入性操作、免疫抑制剂和广谱抗生素的广泛应用,CNS引起的感染日益增多,研究表明现在CNS已经成为医院感染的重要病原菌[5-],可在人体免疫力低下或有侵入性操作时引起血液感染、尿路感染、心内膜炎、骨和关节感染等[7],CNS引起的感染很难彻底治愈,主要是因为CNS复杂的抗生素耐药谱和生物膜形成能力[8]。(剩余26437字)
