6种杀虫剂对无患子两种主要害虫(台湾洒灰蝶和铃斑翅夜蛾)的室内毒力测定及田间药效评价

Abstract:【Objective】To control two main pests of Sapindus mukoross in Jianing County Fujian Province,namely Satyrium formosanum and Serrodes compana,we selected six highly effective insecticides against Lepidoptera pests'to 3rdinstarlarvae.This studywas intended to provide somereference basis forresearchonthe control of these two pests. 【Method】The leaf-dipping methodwasemployedtodeterminethe indoor toxicityof lambda-cyhalothrin,emamectin benzoate,chlorfenapyr,lufenuron,Bacilusthuringiensisandmatrineagainstthe3rdinstarlarvaeof Satyrium formosanum and Serrodes compana.The LC50 (median lethal concentration)values of the six insecticideswere determined.Thefieldspraytrial wasconducted inSapindus mukorossi NationalForestGermplasmRepository TestArea, located in Jianning County,Sanming City,Fujian Province,to evaluate the fieldefficacyof Satyrium formosanumand Serodes compana.The population declinerateand corrected control eficacy were analyzedonthe1st,3rdand 7th day after treatmenttocompare theeffcacyof thediferent insecticides.【Result】Theindoor toxicityresultsshowed that emamectinbenzoateandlambda-cyhalothrinexhibited high toxicitytothelarvaeofSatyrium formosanumandSerrodes compana,with LC50 is 0.003-0.007 and 0.030-3.735 mg/L respectively. Matrine showed high toxicity to Satyrium formosanum,with LC50 is 0.348 mg/L. The toxicity of chlorfenapyr was the lowest against these two pests,with LC 50 is 37.651-118.146mg/L.Theresultsof field trialsshowed that emamectin benzoateand lambda-cyhalothrin provided effective control of both pests,with efficacy exceeding 90% three daysafter application.After seven days, B thuringiensis and lufenuron showed beter control of Satyrium formosanum larvae,exceeding 90 % ,while chlorfenapyr and matrine exhibited poor control efficacy,only 50% .Against Serrodes compana larvae,both B .thuringiensis and chlorfenapyr demonstrated satisfactory control effcacy,exceeding 80% .【Conclusion】Therefore,emamectin benzoate and lambda-cyhalothrin can beusedas quick-acting insecticides against these two pests in production,and Bacilus thuringiensis,lufenuron andchlorfenapyrcanbeusedas alternate or mixture partners to avoid insecticide resistance.
