Exploration on the Construction of Traditional Chinese Medicine Discipline and Talent Evaluation System Based on Hospital Practies

Abstract：Discipline construction serves as the fundamental driving force forthe sustainable developmentof highlevelhospitals.However，thedevelopment of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）disciplines faces challnges such as anunsustainable talent pipeline，a disconnect between clinical practiceand scientificresearch，and inadequate management and incentive mechanisms.Based on practical experience，theauthor proposes a framework for constructingaTCMdisciplinetalent evaluation system.Itisargued that the most efective wayto solvethese issues is to follwadiscipline development strategy that upholdsauthenticity while fostering innovation，clarifythe connotationof discipline and specialty construction，streamlining management and incentive mechanisms，and establish arational discipline talent evaluation system to effectively motivate disciplinary talents.
