ReproductivedeeticenterfatedHospitalofadongUiversityofrditionlineseedicineana [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the impact of the angle Π（Π∝） between the catheter tip and the uterine cavity midline duringembryotransferontheclinicalpregnancyrate.Methods：Clinicalandultrasounddataof19Opatientsundergoing ultrasound-guidedembryo transferwereretrospectivelyanalyzed.Patientsweredividedintotwogroupsbasedonangle α ， the group of α⩽12∘ （95 cases）and the group of （95 cases）.The outcomes were compared including catheter tip contactingendometrialfundus，cathetertipblodstaining，clinicalpregnancyrate，andimplantationrate.Results：Thegroupof α⩽12∘ showedsignificantlylowerincidencesofcathetertipcontactingendometrialfundusandcathetertipbloodstaining， and higher rates of clinical pregnancy，implantation and multiple pregnancy compared to the group of $＼textbf { ＼alpha } > 1 2 ^ { ＼circ }$ （all P<0.05 ） Conclusion：Maintaining an angle of α⩽12∘ between the catheter tip and the uterine cavity midline during embryo transfer is associated with significantly improved the clinical pregnancy rates.
