DTI在耻骨直肠肌综合征患者耻骨直肠肌微观病理状态评估中的应用

[Abstract]Objective：Toexplorethe feasibityofDTItoreflectpathologicalchangesinthepuborectalmuscle（PRM）of patientswithpuborectal musclesyndrome（PRS）．Methods：AprospectiveanalysiswasperformedonpatientswithPRS andhealthyvolunterswithoutconstipation.AllparticipantsunderwentthepelvicFSETWI，FSETWI，CUBETWIandDT scaning.ThePRMthicknessinthecontrol groupwasmeasured，andtheaveragePRMthicknesswasusedasareferenceto dividethePRSgroup intoa thickened-PRMgroupandanon-thickened-PRMgroup.TheADCandfractionalanisotropy（FA） valuesofallthethreegroups weremeasuredandcompared.Results：Atotalof2OcaseswereincludedinthePRSgroup， andtheywerefurther dividedintothethickened-PRMgroup（8cases）andthenon-thickened-PRMgroup（12 cases）.A totalof2Ohealthyvolunterswereincludedinthecontrolgroup.ThePRMthicknessinthethickened-PRMgroup， non-thickened-PRM group and control group were（ 8.86±0.91 ）， 5.03±0.24. ）and（ 4.91±0.53 ）mm，respectively，witha statistical difference between the thickened-PRM group and the control group（ P <0.05），but no difference existed between the non-thickened-PRM group and the control group（ P>0.05 ）.The thickened-PRM group had a lower ADC value than the control group（ P <0.05），but there wasno statistically significant diference between thenon-thickened-PRM group and the control group（ P>0.05 ）.Both the thickened-PRM group and the non-thickened-PRM group had a higher FA value than the control group（both P<0.05 ）.Conclusions：The ADC and FA values of DTI have value in reflecting the microscopic pathological changes of PRM in PRS patients，futhermore FA value shows more sensitive than ADCvalue.
