Abstract： Realizing the precise supply of sports public services is the inherent requirement of building a higher level of public sports service system for national fitness. Using literature，logical analysis and other research methods，the study explores the theoretical connotation，mechanism， practical concerns and promotion path of digital technology enabling the precise supply of sports public services.The study concludes that the mechanism of digital technology-enabled sports public service precision supply is mainly embodied in the digital sharing platform to help sports public service demand precision identification; data precipitation analysis to help sports public service product precision design; panoramic digital operation to help sports public service resource precision allocation; and grid-based digital system to help sports public service precision governance. At the same time， there exists a “technology-only” decision-making theory of sports public service supply sloppiness; digital governance suspension reduces the efficiency of sports public service supply; the digital divide continues to expand constraints on the sharing of sports public service resources; digital regulation is ineffective and weakens the protection of sports public service supply and other realities. In this regard， it is necessary to improve the digital decision-making rules to build an intensive sports public service supply system; innovate the digital governance method to create a synergistic sports public service governance system; bridge the digital divide to establish a pervasive sports public service resource sharing system; and optimize the digital regulatory system to form a dynamic sports public service regulatory system.
