Research on the Participation of Social Forces in the Construction of New Public Reading Spaces：Case Study of Chongqing

Abstract：By sorting out the current situation of public libraries guiding social forces to participate in the construction of newpublic reading spaces in Chongqing，this paper analyzes its experiences and shortcomings，and puts forward targeted measures and suggestions，including establishing a balanced investment mechanism，improving policy guarantee，improving service eficiency，and strengthening supervision and management mechanism，soas to provide areference paradigm for promoting the innovation development of public libraries.

2021年3月，由文化和旅游部、国家发展改革委、财政部共同发布的《关于推动公共文化服务高质量发展的意见》明确提出“引入社会力量，按照规模适当、布局科学、业态多元、特色鲜明的要求，创新打造一批融合图书阅读、艺术展览、文化沙龙、轻食餐饮等服务的‘城市书房’‘文化驿站’等新型文化业态，营造小而美的公共阅读和艺术空间”[1]。（剩余7969字）
