Research on the Collaborative Integration Practice of Intellectual Property Information Services in Universities in Chengdu-Chongqing Region： Regional Alliance as the Entry Point

Abstract：Against thebackdrop of policies and theories promoting the normalization，standardizationand integration of regional intellectual property information public services，this paper adopts methods such as literature review，case elaboration，and questionnaire survey tooutline the practical significance ofcollaborativeand integrated development of intellectual property information services inregional universities.Basedon the explorationand practice of the Chengdu-Chongqing Regional University Alliance，it elaborates on the practical path of collaborative and integrated intellectual property information services inregional universities from the constrution of the alliance organizational mechanism，project collboration mechanism，and standard service mechanism.It providesareference foruniversities nationwide toaccelerate thecollaborative and integrated development of regional intellctual property information services.

2019年，《关于新形势下加快建设知识产权信息公共服务体系的若干意见》要求“积极推进区域知识产权信息公共服务一体化发展”及“积极推动知识产权信息公共服务的规范化、系统化、体系化，实现知识产权信息公共服务效能最大化"[1];2021年，《知识产权强国建设纲要（2021—2035年）》指出“加强覆盖全面、服务规范、智能高效的公共服务供给”及“加强公共服务标准化、规范化、网络化建设”[2]。（剩余8866字）
