Abstract：Through the investigationand analysisof the interaction between environment，individual andbehaviorof public librarians under the influence of AIGC hallucination in citation，providing references forlibraries to construct organizational support environments for addressing AIGC technological transformation.Forpublic librarians toquestionaires andthe dataarecollcted for analysis，this paper discussesthe content based onthe theoretical foundationsof Triadic ReciprocalDeterminismand Technology Acceptance Model.The findings reveal that technical risks， patronservice demands，and tool deficiencies colectivelyform ahigh-risk，high-demand，and low-efficiencyworking environment. Under the phenomenonof AIGC citation hallucination，the foundational cognition among librarians exhibits differences.Occupational stressconsistsof learning load，verificationcosts，anderrranxiety.Technologyadoption atitudes demonstrate contextual diffrentiation，showing relatively rational and cautious tendencies.Meanwhile，there existsagap between librarians‘AIGC technologyadoption behaviorsand information verification behaviors in practice，with the risk warning being notably absent.
