Application of whole-course nursing in patients with thoracic aorta and abdominal aorta stent implantation

【Abstract】OjectiveTexploreteaplicationfectofolecoursenursinginpatientsithtoracicortaandabdomialotastent implantation.etods：Usingtedomplingethod，Oaitsditedoeieetioalateterzationlboratoroe cember202 toDecember2O24wereselectedasthresearchobjects.Accordingtothlterymethod，teyweredividedintotecotrol groupandthestudygroup，with75casesineach group.Theroutinenursing modewasusedinthecontrolgroup，andthewhole-course nursingmodewasadoptedinthestudygroupbasedonroutineone.Thenursingfectswerecomparedbetwenthetwogroups.Results：Aftertheintervention，theoperationtime，ndhospitalizationtimeinthestudygroupwereshorterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup（ P <0.01） . Afterintervetithpiebloo，orofSefigetalendelfigepriSale）int study group were lower than those in the control group（ P<0.01 ）. After intervention，the score of WHOQOL-BREF in the study group was higher than that in the control group（ P<0.01 ）. After intervention，the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group，but with no statistically significant difference between groups（ P>0.05 ）. Conclusion： The application of whole-courseusinginpatitswittoracicortaandadominalortasteimplantationcansortenteperationtieandospializa tiontime，dueraoeratieodl，lteatieotiosoftints，ipovealityfifducece of complications.
