【Abstract】Objective：Toexploretheefectofiterventionmodelbasedonnursingprocedureontheprogosisofpatientsithefractoy chronicrhinosiusitisCRS）uringperioperatiepriodMethods：AtotalofOpatientswithrefractoryCRSadmitedfroSepteber 2023toAugust2O24，wereincludedinthisstudyanddividedintoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroupbytherandomnumbertable method，with5Ocasesinachgroup.epatientsintecontrolgouprceivedoutieperioperativenursingandthpatientsinteober vationgroupwereprovidedinterventionodelbasedonnursingproceduresTeincidenceofomplications，ecurenceratethescorsof VisualAnalogueScale（VAS），ino-NasalOutcome Test-2（SNO-2O），Self-ratingAnxietySale（SAS）andSelf-ratingDepresiScale （SDS）werecomparedetweetetwogroupsResultseintergoup，tieandinteractioffectassiificantlydiferentineopar ison of VAS scores between the two groups（ P <0.01） . After nursing care，the SNOT-2O，SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing care（ P <0.05），and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（ P<0.01 ）. Theincidenceof complications and recurrnce rate in theobservation group was lowerthan that inthe control group（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：Theaplicationofinterventionodelbasedonursingprocedureanfetivelyelievepostoperativepaimproveclcalsptoms，relievengativemotiosdduceomplicatiosndcueceteintetreaetofpatintsitfractoryduingi erative period.
