【Abstract】Ojective：TexploretheefectofnursinginterventiongudedbyIKAPtheoryandstandardizednursinginterventiononpatientswithodtoetds：AalofpaisitodtoditedfroJuary2tcebre selectedaddividedintotwogroupsbytheloterymethod.51patientsintheobservationgroupweregivenursinginterventionbasedon IKAPtheorycombinedwithstandardizednursingintervention，hileother51patints inthecontrolgoupweregivenroutinenursingcare. Theemotionalstate，elfmanagementabitytomadaptationlevelandqualityoflifeereomparedbetwntetwogoupsforend afternursingcre.Results：hecoresofepressionadaxietyintheobservationgoupafterinterventionerelowrhantosebeforeintervention and than those in the control group（ P<0.05，P<0.01 ）.The self-management ability score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that before intervention and than that in the control group（ P<0.05，P<0.01） .After intervention，the scores of stoma adaptation level and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before intervention（ P<0.01 ），and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（ P<0.01 ）. Conclusion：The combined application of nursing intervention under the guidanceofIKAPtheoryandstandardizednursinginterventioncanimprovetheemotionalstateofpatientswithwoundostomy，nhance their self-management ability and stoma adaptation level，and improve their quality of life.
