Effctof Swanson'scaring theorycombinedwith AIDETcommunicationmodelonpatientsafterliver transplantation

【Abstract】Objective：Toexplore theefectofSwanson'scaring theorycombinedwith AIDETcommunicationmodelonthephysiological andpsychologcalstateadqualityofifeofpatintsafterlivertransplantatio.Metos：AtotalofOptintsondewntierta plantationfroJanuary1，022toAugust1，024wereselectedanddividedintocontrolgoupndanobservationgroupacodingtothe randomnumbertablemethod，75cases ineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwas givenroutinenursingcareandtheobservationgroupwasprovidedadditioalnursinginterventioninthelightofSwanson'scaringthorycombedwithIDETcommunicationmodel.Teostoperative anxiety[using Self-Rating AnxietyScale（SAS）]，depresson[usingSelf-rating Depression Scale（SDS）]，ualityoflife[usingShort Form36HealthSurvey（SF-36）]，treatmentcompliance，incidenceofcomplicationsandsatifactionwerecomparedbetwenthetwo groups.Results：TheintergouptieanditeractionewassigiiantlydiferentinteomparsonofSAandScorsbetwenthe two groups after operation（ P<0.01 ）. The scores of each dimension of SF-36，treatment compliance and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（ P<0.05，P<0.01） . The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：Application of Swanson's caring theory combined with AIDET communication model tthenursingareofatitserlivertasplantatioanetielyiproveepyologicalsatefpatitsproveialityf life，enhance treatment compliance，reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction.
