Application of personalized fluid management system based on early warning in patients with sepsis

【Abstract】Ojective：Toexplore teapplicationefectofpersoalizedfluidmanagementsystembasedonearlywaringinpatints ith sepsis.Methods：Atotalof51patientswithsepsis，admitedtotheemergencyICUfromJanuarytoOctober2O23，weresetastecotrol group，androutinfludmanagementasadopted.Atotalof51patietswithsepsisdmitedtoteemergencyICUfromNoveber3t August024，wereselectedastheobservationgroupandeprsonalizedfudmanagementplanbasedoearlywaingasipleeted. Thehemodyaicdexesanfuctioidicatorsifmatoyrksvelsfdbceatusrogosticidatorsdlic tionswerecompadetntetogrousResults：eiteoutieandinteractioectresigificantlydierntinarson of hemodynamic indexes between the two groups （ P<0.01 ）. The Sequential Organ Failure Assessment（ SOFA） score，lactate clearance rate，oxygenation index（ PaO2/FiO2 ），and inflammatory indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group（ P< 0.01）.The incidenceofluid management andcomplications intheobservation group waslower than that inthecontrol group（ P<0.05 ） . The mechanical ventilationtimeand ICU length of stayin theobservation group were beter thanthose inthe control group（ P<0.05，P<0.01 ） Conclusion：Thepersonalizedfluidmanagementsystembasedonearlywaingcanmoreaccuratelygudefuidterapyinpatients withsepsi， helptoimprovetheemodamicstatuandganfuctionofpatients，educetheincidenceofcomplicatiosndtusimproveeproosis.
