Applicationof individualized intervention based on risk identification concept in children for multiple colorectal polyps

【Abstract】OectieTprobeintothclcalpracticeftofdividualidinterventionbasedoiskidentificationcocthildrenformultipleolorectalplsMethodsAtotalofpatintsodewntedospicplpetoyfroJanarytFe ary 3，2O22 were selected and randomLy divided into a control group（ n=50 ） and an observation group（ n=50 ）. The routine nursing care wastakeninthontrolgoupandteidividualditervetionasiplementedasedonteiskidentificatioconeptineationgroup.opepetaiteoflatseygtialait knowledge scoreof guardianandsatisfactionwith nursingserviceofguardian werecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results：Tequality of intestinal preparation in the observation group was beter than that in the control group（ P<0.01 ），the occurrence rate of event in complications was lower in the observation group than that in the control group（ P<0.01 ），the postoperative recovery time and length of hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than that in the control group（ P<0.01 ），and the nursing quality compliance rate，the disease knowledgescoreaaentateofguardianandthescoreofsatisfactionwithnursingsrviceofguardawereallhigherintheoeation group than those in the control group（ P<0.05，P<0.01） . Conclusion： Individualized intervention based on the risk identification concept canimprovethequalityofcareforchildrenandsatisfactionofguardianundergoingendoscopictherapyformultiplecolorectalpols，re duce the incidenceofpostoperativecomplications，shortenthelengthofhospitalstay，mprovethequalityofbowelpreparation.
