【Abstract】ObjectiveToexploreteclinicalfectofpre-hospitalcusterursigldbyspecializedursesonthtreatmentofpants withtraumaticbrainjuryTB）inemergencydepartment.Methods：Atotalof11TBpatintsadmitedfromJanuary223toDcember 2024wereselectedastheresearchobjects，andnon-randomizedgroupingwasused.55patintsadmitedfromJanuarytoDecember223 wereselectedasthecontrolgroup，andconventioalemergencycareascariedoutand55patientsadmitedfromJanuarytoDeeber 2024wereselectedasthebservatingroup，andtepre-ospitalclusterursingledbyspecialiednurseswasimplemented.Theeiiency ofirstaid，complicatiosndusingtifctionereompaedetweeetogroups.Resultshepreospitalergecspse time，thefirstcotacttiofulti-disciplinarytreatment（MD）o-siteevaluatioti，ndengthofstainmergencydpartin the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（ P <0.01）.The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P<0.05， ）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：For emergency TBI patients，the pre-hospital cluster nursing ledbyspecialized nurses can improve the efficiency of first aid，reduce the risk of complications，and improve nursing satisfaction.
