Effct of standard care plan based on nursing outcomes classification on leukemia patients with chemotherapy

【Abstract】Objective：Toexploretheconstructionmethodof standardcareplan（SCP）basedonnursingoutcomesclasification （NOC），andtovauateitsfluencethtreamntfectegaieotiosdqualityoflifeofukemapatintswitoapy Methods：Atotalof2OleukemiapatientshoreceivedchemotherapyinthedeparmentofhmatologfromJanuary2O21toDeceber 31，2022 wereselectedanddividedintothecontrolgroupandtheexperimentalgroupacordingtoadmissontie，with6Ocasesineach group.Thecontrolgroupwas givenroutinenursingcare，ndtheexperimentalgroupwasprovidedSCPbasedonNOC.Thetreatmentefects （remisionrate，recurrencerate，cidenceofdversereactions），negativeemotions[usingHamiltonAnxietyScale（HAM）lo Depression RatingScale（HMD）andFearof Progresion Questionnaire-ShortForm（FoP-Q-SF）]andqualityoflife[usingEuropean OrganizationforResearchand TreatmentofCancer QualityofLifeQuestionnaire-Core30（EORTCQLQ-C30）]werecomparedbetweenthe two groups.Results ： The remisson rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（ P <0.05），and the recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group（ P <0.05） . The scores of HAMA，HAMD and FoP-Q-SF in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group（ P<0.01 ）. The scores of all dimensions of EORTC QLQ-C3O in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：The construction method ofSCPbasedonNOCissientificadreasonable，hichcaneectivelyiprovethetreamentefectoflukemiapatintswithotrapy，relieve negative emotions ，and improve the quality of life of patients.
