融合PLC与工业互联网的模具生产线自动化控制系统开发与应用

Abstract: Mould products have high precision, complex technology and long production cycle, which requires high automation degree of production process and stability of control system. Based on the requirement of intelligent upgrade of automatic control system of mold production line, this paper gives a system design idea of integrating PLC and industrial Internet. The system adopts four-layer architecture mode,and introduces fuzzy PID control algorithm and anomaly identification algorithm to improve control accuracy and system intelligence. The system is deployed in the actual production line of a mold manufacturing enterprise. The test data show that the average control response time is less than 70ms ,the accuracy of anomaly identification is as high as 99.64% ,the average daily output is increased by 16.7% and the downtime of equipment is reduced by 39.4% . The results show that the system runs stably and responds quickly,which can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce operation and maintenance costs.
