Abstract : This study designed a temperature monitoring system for mold warehouses based on intelligent sensors. In the data acquisition and processing module, the DS18B2O intelligent digital temperature sensor with high precision and low power consumption advantages is used as the front-end acquisition device The collected temperature data is wirelessly transmitted through the NRR24LOl data caching to the storage module,and the temperature data is read through adaptive retransmission technology and buffer. Then,the adaptive Huffman coding algorithm is used to compress and cache the temperature data. In the temperature alarm and notification module,the data read by the wireless transmission module is received and compared with the preset threshold. If the temperature is abnormal, immediately drive the buzzer to sound and display the current mold warehouse temperature data and alarm status through a digital tube. The test results show that the system can accurately monitor the temperature of the mold warehouse,with a temperature data transmission success rate of up to 99.7% ,an average transmission delay of 93ms ,and a single transmission energy consumption of 0.1J ,indicating that the system can meet the temperature monitoring needs of the mold warehouse.
