Abstract:This article focuses on the three-roller rolling bending forming process of highstrength steel thick plates. Firstly,a precise finite element numerical model of three-roller rolling bending forming was established through experimental verification. Based on this,the influence of downforce parameters on the dimensions of high-strength steel thick plate rolling bending forming and the mechanism were analyzed,and corresponding mathematical expressions were established. The results indicate that there is an approximately exponential decreasing relationship between the amount of downforce and forming radius 8 rebound radius change rate, there is an approximately exponential increasing relationship between the number of downforce passes and forming radius 8. rebound radius change rate;There is a thick elastic stress layer in the roling bending forming of high-strength steel thick plates, which is an important factor for the high rebound deformation of high-strength steel thick plates.

0 引言

滚弯成型,亦称卷板成型,一般以三辊对称滚弯成型居多,该成型工艺是通过卷板机利用三点定圆原理,根据改变三个轧辊的空间位置,如上辊上下与平动位置、两下辊的辊中心距离等,通过驱动卷板机轧辊的连续旋转滚动,使被加工板材产生连续塑性变形的一种成型方法,三辊滚弯成型被广泛应用于造船、化工、工程机械、汽车、航空航天等各个领域。(剩余7702字)
