【Abstract】Percutaneouscoronaryinterventionistheprimaryclinicalaproachfortreatingacutemyocardialinfarction,butthe morbidityandortalityofcuteyoardialinfarctioainhghuringeperfusioxcesiveprouctioofeactiveoxyeneisd cardiomyocyteapoptosisxacebatepr-existingmycadialinjuryandayevnleadtoieversibledamage.Inentyarsanoapis havedemonstratedsifcantadvantagesinanagingyocardialiseia-repefusionijury(M).Comparedwithonventioaldrug, nanodrugscanefectivelyehacetherapeuticeficacywhileeducingtoxicsideefectsbyimprovingparmacokineticandpharmacodmic properties.Tisevismmareentsarchrogessotioidantomaterialsfortreatmentiingtoovideerecfor developing novel anti-MIRI nanodrugs.
