【Abstract】ovelinvasiveandnonnvasiveiagigtechnologieshavealowedearlyprecisendimprovedidentificationofvulerable plaquesinpatintsithhroicoroarysdroeandcuteoroarysdoe（A）Particularlyultipleprospectivestudiswithdivese coronaryarteryagigtolois（travasularrasodrfradstroscoydticalereetomogah）eat vulnerableplaqusitcaliagingcaracteristaticeasdsofcausingadveseevetsaneidntfiduglotfol up.Forpatientsithstablisdcoroarytheroslerosis，delie-dieedotialdicalterapyhasenfundametalfrescday preventioofunexpectedadversecardiovasculareventsbecauseofulnerableplaques.Inaditionseveralpharmacologictherapieshave demonstrateditscyogesiofthroerotcaqs.wethdensofaacatadalifarctd continuetobaceptablhigEiedaagenttatesdinglipideitreattceofosar adverseeventscannotbecompletelyavoided.Aknowledgegapstillemainsbetweenwhatisknownandhowtotreatthevulnerableplaquei patientswithchoicoroarysroeorCereforeresovinguetssuesoagosisndanageentofnrableplaquisurgt， in order to improve patients’prognosis and avoid recurrent ACS，cardiac death and other adverse cardiovascular events.
