【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the potential target prediction for latent transforming growth factor- β binding protein-4(LTBP4)inregulatingmyocardalfibosisrmyocadialifarctio(M)MethdsBysreeingdioiforaticalysisofdifetialy expreedprotesinheiftagintsueoficeferyproteislatedtothchnisofyoadialfosisredif toexplorepotentialtherapeutictargets.ThePathayCommonsdatabasewasutilizedtoconsructaninteractionnetworkbetweeLB-4 andotherproteins,andAlphaFold3wasemployedtopredictprotein-proteininteractionstructures.ResultsThroughGOandKEGG analyses,weidentifedO53difrentiallexpresedproteinsmongich-4sowdsigiicantupregulatioandnkedfo fibrosis-relatedprotesWesteblotingultsofidtlevaderesioof-4inboticdo.eiteractiotok ofLTBP-4revealedisgulatooleimodlatingstatuschangesofssociatedproteinsntrasfonggothfactβialing pathway.hepredictiososthatthespecificaminocidsequenesofLBP-4couldbindtotransforinggrowthfact-βanditslatency asociatedpeptide,therebyplayingaroleithefibrosisprocssafterMConclusionAfterMI,teexpresioofLTBP-4significantly increasesinthemyocardium,andregulatingLTBP-4maybecomeaoveltherapeuticstrategyformyocardialfibrosisandrelatedheart diseases.
