【Abstract】Metaboliccardiovasculardiseasesareamajor global public halth isue,withtheir incidenceandmortalitycontiuingto rise.Thecoreatogechsmsoelysoatdwitabolicsubans.Kyuriccidtialeabolitofta metabolism,issignificantlyreducedinpatientswithvariousmetaboliccardiovasculardiseaseriskfactorsandplaysaroleindisease progresion.RecentstudieshaveshownthatkynurenicacidactivatesGprotein-coupledreceptor35(GPR35),therebyexertingantiinflammatoryectsimprovingmetabolism,ndlatingadiovasularfuntio.Thisvesystematicallsummaresentdvasin thekyureniccid-igalingathaiabolicadiovaslardiseassingtoprovideatoreticalbasisndoveaer theirdiagnosis,treatment,and targeted interventions.
