AbstractObjective：TesystematicevaluationoftheclincaleficacyoftraditionalChinesemedicineintreatingpatientswithvntricular prematurebeatcombinedwithanxietyordepresion.Methods：TherelevantliteraturefromtheChineseBiomedicalLiteratureDatabase （CBM），VIPatabse，anFangata，inaNtioaKowdgefrastructureCl）ellbd，theoanede Webof Science weresearchedfromtheestablishmentofthedatabaseuntilOctober2023.Thequaityof theincludediteraturewas evaluatedusingtheCochraneRiskofBiasAssessmentToolRevMan5.4softwarewasusedforMeta-analysis.Resuls：Atotalof11 studieswereincludedinvolving974patients.Comparedwithwestemmedicinealone，thetraditionalChinesemedicinegoupsowed moreadvantages inimproving the clinical symptoms of patients RR=1.39 ， 95%C1 1.27-1.53， z=7.00 P<0.000 01），reducing the numberof premature beats（SMD 1=-1.22 95%C1 —2.11-—0.34， Z=2.70 ），improvinganxiety（Hamilton Anxiety Scale score， MD=-3.30， 95%Cl —4.41-—2.19， Z=5.84 P<0.000 01 ;Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score， MD=-4.88，95%Cl-6.26-3.50，Z= 6.93， P<0.000 01 ），and improvingdepression（Hamilton Depression Scales score，MD = —2.94，95%Cl-4.25--1.63， z=4.41 ， P< 0.000 1 ：Self-Rating Depression Scale score， ND=-4.52 95%C1 -8.06-—0.97， z=2.49 ， P=0.01 ）.Conclusion： Existing evidence indicatesforpatientswihprematurebataccompaedbynxietyordepresiontelinicalefectofthetraditionalCineedicine groupwassignificantlybeterthanthatoftewesternmedicinegroup.Howeveduetotheliitationsintheinclusionofresearchquality andquantityitdtatedectielyoualitinaldodotroldralestiddfoio
