AbstractObjective:ThepotentialpharmacodynamiccomponentsmechanismGualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction(GXB)inlipid loweringeffctswereexploredbasedonnetworkpharmacologymoleculardockingMethods:ThechemicalcomponentsGXBwere screenedthroughthe radionalmedicinesystempharmacologydatabase(TCMSP)databaseiterature.Componenttargets wereobtainedusing thePharmMapperdatabase.TherelevantdiseasetargetshyperlipidemiawereobtainedbytheHumanMendelian Genetics Database(OMM),theHumanGeneDatabase(GeneCards).Theintersectioncomponenttargetsdiseasetargetswas takentoobtainpotentialtherapeutictargets.Networkprotein-proteininteractions(PPl)wasconstructedthroughtheSTINGdatabase thecoretargetswerescreenedout.Thepotentialtherapeutictargetsweresubjectedtogeneontology(GO)functionalanalysis KyotoEncyclopediaGenesGenomes(KEGG)sinalingpathwayerichmentanalysisusingCytoscapestware,nda"tradional mediciomponenttarget-pataynetworkwasostructedTesoerytudiooareasusedolecularoinga conductedbetweentheactiveingredientsthecoretargettoscreenforpotentialeficacycomponents.Results:Thenetwork pharacologymethodidentfied65chemicalcomponents,6potentialtherapetictargets31coretargtsiGXB.TeGOfunction analysisyielded253entrisKGGenrichmentanalysisyielded3signaingpathwasleculardockingidentifid3potetactive ingredients.estudyverfidtatthepoteialactiveingredientsinGXBshowedstrongbindingactityithtecoretargetCousio: GXBmayexertitseffctsthroughpotentialpharmacologicalcomponentssuchasqueretinapigeninlycorin,eugenolocore targetssuch as serum albumin(ALB),retinoic acid receptor RXR- α (RXRA),peroxisomeproliferator-activatedreceptorα(PPAPA), regulatigsignalingpathwayssuchasperoxisomeproliferatoractivatedreceptor(PPAR),hypoxiaiduciblefactor(HF-1), phenylalaninemetabolisifuecinliidstesiseakdobsotiotebpromotinglidetabolisfatycidbndig transportion, exerting its lipid-lowering effect.
