AbstractObjective：ToexploretheclincalefectofYangxinShumaiGranulesforthetreatmentofunstableanginapectoris（UAinthe elderlywithcontentionbetweenstaticandeatMethods：SityelderlypatientswihUAwererandomlydividedintotheoservationgroup andthecontrolgroup，ith3Ocasesineachgroup.Thepatientsofthecontrolgroupweretreatedwithconventionaltreatmenthilethe patients of the observation group were supplemented with Yangxin Shumai Granulesonthe basis of the control group， 20g each time， threetimesadayBothgroupseretreatedcontinuouslyfor12weeks.ThetrdionalChinesemedicinesyndromescoresangiapctoris attackconditions，electrocardiogramtherapeuticeffects，tumor necrosisfactor- ，interleukin-6（IL-6），total cholesterol（TC）， triglyeridsitotedittd groups.Resuleantmpreditataoranttioleedoeorcecy duration，nitroglycerindosage，TC，LDL-C，TNF- α ，and IL-6 in the observation group decreased，the SAQ score increased，while the resultsofobservationgroupwere superior tothoseof thecontrol group.There werestatistically significant diffrences 76.67% Vs （204号 46.67% P<0.05 ）.Thetotal efectiverate of electrocardiogram in the observation groupwas higher thanthat in the control group，and therewerestatisticallysignificantdifferences（ P<0.05） .Conclusion：Yangxin Shumai granules for the treatment of UAin the elderlywith contentionbetweenstaticandheatcouldimproveatackofanginapectoris，enhanceclinicaleffct.Themechanismwasrelatedto lowering blood lipid and inhibiting inflammation.
