一次性使用无菌手术膜材质的研究

摘要：一次性使用无菌手术膜作为手术隔离器械，主要材质有聚氨酯和聚乙烯。聚氨酯手术膜有理想的弹性且透气性好，聚乙烯膜弹性较差且透气性差。结合国家抽检的试验数据，依据聚乙烯膜特性，建议限制其使用场合。模拟临床手术膜与不同材质手术单的剥离强度进行探索研究。

Abstract：Disposable sterile surgical membrane is used as surgical isolation instrument. The main materials are polyurethane and polyethylene. Polyurethane surgical film has ideal elasticity and good air permeability， while polyethylene film has poor elasticity and poor air permeability. Combined with the national sampling test data and according to the characteristics of polyethylene film， it is suggested to limit its application. The peel strength of simulated clinical surgical membrane and surgical sheets of different materials is studied.

在临床上，手术部位感染通常指的是发生在无植入物手术后30 d以内或者是植入物的手术后1年以内发生的手术相关各种感染情况，其中不仅有手术切口、深部器官还有更加情况复杂的腔隙发生的感染[1]。（剩余5904字）
