摘要:综述了无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂化学组成与性能,对比水性聚氨酯胶粘剂具有环保高效的优势,阐述无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂从第1代产品到第5代产品的发展历程。还对国外近些年在无溶剂双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂的研究方向和成果作了概述;同时介绍了目前无溶剂双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂发展动向,指出存在的问题及展望。

Abstract:This paper introduced the chemical composition and properties of solvent-free two component polyurethane adhesives. Compared with the advantages of environmental protection and high efficiency of waterborne polyurethane adhesive, the development process of solvent-free polyurethane adhesive from the first generation to the fifth generation was described. The research direction and achievements of solvent-free two-component polyurethane adhesive abroad in recent years are also summarized. At the same time, the development trend of solvent-free two-component polyurethane adhesive was introduced, and the existing problems and prospects were pointed out.
