抑菌型吸水材料的制备及性能研究

Abstract:Inthissudy,modifiedfiber(CRF)wasprepardbymechanicaltreatmentoftempooxidizedcellosewithcoloidalmillda newtypefabsorbentsatarymaterial(RF-PMA-Ag-SAM)withgoodantibacterialpropertisaspreparedbypolymerzationwithcyic acid(AA),poly malic acid(PMLA),and silver nitrate ( AgNO3 )under UV light. The results showed that CRF,AA,and PMLA were successfully copolymerized,and Ag existed in two valence states of Ag and Ag0 . At the addition amount of 15% CRF,the CRF-PMLA-AgSAM prepared with the addition amount of 1% PMLA and 1% AgNO 3 had good absorption retention rate for normal saline,with water absorption rate of 128g/g and water retention rate of 76g/g ,which had obvious inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,and the diameter of inhibition zone was 9.5 and 9.8 mm,respectively.
