Abstract：Theshellaterialsofigaretemicrcapsulesommonlyomefromiomass-basedmaterials，uchasgelatin，somalginate， chitosan，celledothrpantsedatealsoasssedatealserseveraldvaagschsofrdlywabli degradable，adebitingfvoablefiforigpropertisepreparatiomethodsofomassbasedmicrocapsulesainlyicudep icalmethod，chemicalmethods，ndphicochemicalmethods.Chosingtheapropriatepreparationmethodcanimprovetheecapsulationeficiencyofthoremateralandrduceloses.Tispapersummarizedtheshellandorematerialsofteomass-basedmicoap sulesintobaccoemonstratedpreparatioeodsndexpiedthflvoringreleaseehansmeaplicatioofoma-bedi crocapsules in tobacco were further illustrated，and a summary and outlook were provided.
