超疏水SiO2/纤维素复合气凝胶的制备及吸油性能研究

Abstract:Usingtheisolutioegenerationmetod,elloehdrogelwasprepard.Underalkalieasaatalst,edrolyse sationratoftetraeortosilcate(EO)waontrolldoregulatetesefteprepaedSiparticles,floedyhooief cellulose and SiO 2 ,which was thenfreeze-driedtoobtainaSiO/celllosecompositeaerogel.Afterhydrophobic modification withalkylsiloxane,a superhydrophobic oleophilic SiO/cellulose composite aerogel was prepared.The results indicated successful SiO incorporation into the cellulose aerogel,and the prepared SiO/celulose composite aerogel had a porous structure.At apH value of 10 ! SiO2 sphere had a size range of 5O~2O0 nm,and SiO2/cellulose composite aerogel had a static contact angle of 158.9∘ and a roll-off angle of 3.2∘ ,of which oil absorption capacity was 12.8 times its own weight.
