日间手术模式下会诊与术前讨论制度的分析与思考*

【摘要】确保核心制度的有效落实，是推进日间手术高质量发展的必然要求。传统模式下的会诊与术前讨论制度并不能完全适应日间手术。结合实践提出：一是可参考门诊多学科会诊模式等，强化日间手术模式下会诊与术前讨论制度的落实；二是可从制度内涵、参与范围、实施细节等方面对两项制度进行优化与完善。

AbstractEnsuring the effective implementation of the core system is an inevitable requirement for promoting the high-quality development of day surgery. The consultation and preoperative discussion system under the traditional mode cannot fully adapt to day surgery. Combined with practice， it is proposed that ： first， the implementation of consultation and preoperative discussion system under day surgery mode can be strengthened by referring to outpatient multidisciplinary consultation mode ; second， the two systems can be optimized and improved from the aspects of system connotation， participation scope and implementation details.
