Abstract：Dryeyeisoneof the mostcommon eyesurface diseases among modern people.Inrecent years，affected by the popularityofvideonals，eamaticiceaseoflifeprur，viontaltiodipropediet，hidecetefdrye in Chinahasincreasedyearbyyearandisdeveloping owardsayoungerage.Therearemanypathogenicfactorsfordryeyes.Professor GaoWeipingbelivesthatyoungindividuals，posessingintrisicvitality，oftendevepthconditonduetotheiueneofdrypatho genicfactorsdooletsrarilytegdintpas：ungnicyiverQisagtio ciencywithdampheatClinicalyinovativeutilizatioofTraditionalCineseMedicine（TM）modalitiestailoredtodifrentpatters，suchasrbalteasubstitutes，acupressure，anduicularseedterapy，asdemostratedignificantfcacyintetreaf dryeyeintheyoung population.ThispapersummarizesProfessor Gao’sdiagnosticapproachanduniquetreatmentsforyoungpatients withdryeye，including twoilustrativecases，withteaimofbroadeningtheperspectivefortheTCMtreatmentofdryeyeinteyouth.
