Study onQuality Standard of Antai Granules

Abstract：ObjectiveTobuildthemethodforqualitycontrolofAntaiGranules.MethodsTLCmethodwasused toidentifyAstragaliRadix，AsiniCoriiColla，PaeoniaeRadixlbaandDipsaciRadixinthepreparation.The DiaponinsVwasdeterminedwith the wavelengths of 212nm ，Agilent EC-C18 column （ 150mm×4.6mm ， 4μm ），mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（26：74）， the column temperature 3O degrees centigrade，the flow rate of 1.0mL per minute and the injection volume of 10μL Results TLC spotswereclear，egativeandnoterference，AstragaliRadix，AsiniCori Coll，PaeonaeRadixlbaandDipsaciRadixwef tively identified.Diaponins Vwas in a good linear relationship in the range of O.4802＼～9. 6045μg （ r=0 .9997），The average recovery rates was 99.8% and RSD was 2.7% . Conclusion This method is efficient and accurate，can be applied to the quality control of Antai Granules.

安胎颗粒为医院制剂，源自妇科临床经验方“安胎饮”，由苎麻根、黄芩、酒白芍、枸杞子、麸炒白术、菟丝子、炒黄芪、阿胶珠、续断片等16味中药组成，具有益气健脾，补肾安胎的功效，临床主要用来治疗先兆流产、胎动不安[1]。（剩余4642字）
