宫腔镜与腹部彩超检查诊断异常子宫出血疾病类型的临床价值

Abstract：ObectieTploeealuefhsteoddoalolooprasoanagoofole bleding.MethodsAtotalof6OpatientswithaboaluterinebledingadmitedtoYyangountyPeople'sHospitalfromJanuary2tJuly 2024wereedstllseteooallesddooa diagnosticcoicidenceatesofhsterosopylobdoinalulrasoogaloendcoinedeanatiooftetwoforoalee bledingwereadaosicactatiodaldsulfto showed that among the 6O patients，there were2 cases of endometrial cancer（3.33 % ），10 cases of non-specific endometritis（16.67 % ），20 casesof endometrial hyperplasia（ 33.33% ），11 cases of uterine submucous myoma（ 18.33% ），and17casesof endometrial polyps（28.33 % ）. The diagnostic coincidenceatedaifoleifdoeridomealb and endometrial polypswas higher than that of abdominal color Doppler ultrasoundand hysteroscopy（ P<0.05） .The sensitivity and accuracy of combinedexamatiointheiagosisofboaluteriebdingerehigertantoseofdomialcolorDplerulrasoudandhsteooy alone （ P<0.05 ）.Tesensitiuacyndositiveedictivevaueofoindeamnatiointhagosisofdienttysofisesell ⩾80.00% .ConclusionHysteroscopycombinedwithabdominalcolorDoplerultrasoundhasahighcoincidencerateofabnormaluterinebleeding anda high diagnostic efficiency.
