Abstract：ObectiveTvestigateetofulaglutideucosndlipdetabolisdsulardothelialfuctioiete patientswithtyabeteselitus（D）.etsroovebetecebr2wlagodoveweghtobd patientshoerespialieditedoolodeparmentofTanjinWuingDtrictPople'sHospitalereicudedyredivided twogroupscogodbbltlyoitsdeioool groupwastreatedefonndheatiooasaeditlaglutidopoetricesdyhtdde （BI），iste]soo gbi functionidesoi）eda）eoos treament，theodyeightndaistiufereceofteooserelowertantoeforetreatentndompaedittrol group，thebodtdstecfeaioel）featesf HbAlc，TC，TGndD-Cintetwgrousereertantoseeforetreamentandomparedwithteontrolgoup，theevelsofG， 2h PPG，HbAlc，TC，TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower （ P< <0.05）.After treatment，the level of ADPN in the two groups was higher thanthatbeforereaetdompadiththotroloupthelevelofDneeatiogrouasger（OO5）Aat thelevelsofNOandMDinthetwogroupswerehigherthantosebeforetreatment，thelevelofET-1waslowerthanthatbeforetreatment whilecomparedwiththecontrolgroup，thelevelsofNOandFMDintheobservationgroupwerehigher，thelevelofET-1waslower P<0.05） ： Concusionomadifonulaglutidotoletivelyeytfeebeatitsi improvetheirglucoseandlipidmetabolism，increaseADPlevel，andpromotetherecoveryofvascularendotelialfunction.
