Abstract：ObjectieTivesigateadevauatetheadatioalityfhumaseininipatitsofYifeCountyeole'sosialin 2023，sotodsisfsltalletotalofaseddda albumininYfeotyole'ssitalineleedsseatssicfoatifatitsas agegendereparentosfosingthginBceatifoedcationdhtoalitfatios evaluatedacodingtoeistingedicatiogdeliesonsessddugistructiosResultsAongepatients，terereoeals thanfemalesloofalodigtbipatsteeepat diseasedepartment，generalsurgerydepartment，orthopedicsdepartmentandintensivecareunit（ICU）.Themainreasonformedicationis hypoproteinemiafloedbydesciesusedyliverandidnydiseassBeforeedicatioteBlevelfostpatintsseen 26-30g/L ，followed by 31-35 g/L .Theunit priceof human albuminpurchased bythe hospital was377yuan，thedose rangeof humanserum albumin used by each patient was 10-30g ，the number of human serum albumin used was1-36，the average medication cycle was （3.28±0.34）d，the averageostwas536anofichtheghestreacd57yuan.Teresultsofthevaluationoftheatioalityofdugusesowdat among the 60 patients，51 patients 85.00% ）met the indicationsof drug use，and 21 patients（ 35.00% ）had contraindications，but no improper usageanddosageorueasoablecomnationrefndConusionAoughteseofosthumanauinintissudyetsteidcatios thereissillabsas indicationsineforeiicoedtaesialxpertsteeooaildseadadstortadde and guide clinical rational application.
