Abstract：OetiTvauatetofretrdotichsorodotaliedsttiintodote MethodAtotalfthodoticatintsditdoparmntfoatologiagople'sospitalfroacht 2022wereeleedseseachctsogtodoerablodtyeedideditoodoi 39patientsinchop.oooratdioetioalfidalndudyostreatedickeese orthodonticehe.altodoalelaedeingaldgialevlagepth functionasticaastoc）ui（i aestheticdegreereomparedetweentetwgroupsResultsTeotafetiverateoftamentitstudyoupashighertanate control group （ P< 0.05）.After treatment，theperiodontal index of the study groupwas lower than that of the control group （ Pe <0.05）.The levelsof ME， MT，MF，SO and MFT in the study group were higher than those in the control group P<0.05） .The aesthetic degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion Compared withconventional fixedappliance treatment，theclinical efectof bracketless invisible ortodontictitooticaeiseuatecanprotdoalidendalfctidstief patients，and isworthy of clinical application.

牙齿错位畸形的临床发生率较高，且不同患者牙齿错位畸形存在较为显著的差异，例如部分患者主要表现为牙齿形态异常，而部分患者表现为牙齿排列不齐，例如牙齿缺损、牙齿里出外进、四环素牙、牙齿重叠、氟斑牙等，均为临床口腔科较为常见的牙齿错位畸形。（剩余5539字）
