Abstract:Osetodeie andtheunderlyinmoleularmecanismseainporlyuderstodOverthepastdcade,oughtesuvivalandprogosisofosteoso patientsveodtalateoietassisotasaesftleereis toidentifyoelosteosacoaomakestoevelosifaedterapidcsindestadingsteosacoasoleulasm haverevealedthatsregadsndteWnt/βateinsialinataoltiveliveoresioetastasisddug resistance.Moreover,miRNAs can modulate the Wnt/β -catenin pathway through multiple mechanisms to promote or inhibit osteosarcoma progression andalterdrugesistane.Somemslsofocompetitieedogeousnetwoks(ceNETs)ithiRAsndlRAs.Tiseveeploste roles of miRNAs targeting the Wnt/β- catenin pathway in osteosarcoma and their associated ceNETs,aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for future research.
