Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Combined with Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercise on Postoperative Complications and Nursing Satisfaction in Patients with Hemorrhoids

Abstract：ObetiveTexplorethefectofcomprehensiveursinginterventioncombinedwitpelvicflormusceexercisenostopative complicationsdursingsatisfactioinptintsitemodsMtosAtotalof66patintsithmodsoeretreatedor hospialfromMarch2tarh3ereseletedsteachetseyredividedintocotolop（=33）ndoeationgou （n=33）byradonumbertableethodThotrolgouasienoutiusingndteseatiogouasiencomprehesieusing interventionombindwithelvicforuslexeciseohesisofteotolgoupeicdencefostopaivomplicatiosusin sictiol between the two groups.Results Compared with 18.18% of the incidence of complications in the control group，the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower，only 6.06 % （ P< 0.05）. Compared with 81.82% of the control group，the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher，reaching 96.97 % （P<0.05）.Comparedwithbeforeintervention，theVASscoreofthetwogroupsdecreasedafter intervention，andcompared with the control group，the VAS score of the observation group was lower after intervention （ P< 0.05）.Compared with control group，the incision healing time， first defecation time and anal edema regresson time in the observation group were shorter（ P <0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention combinedwitelvicusleeseuedeefstoptiplasititsidspsi satisfactio
