Effect of Refined Nursing Under the Concept of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery on PreoperativeNegativeEmotionsandPostoperativeQualityofLifeinPatients Undergoing Elective Surgery for Gallstones

Abstract：OectieTploreetofedrsigderheoeptofacoveyesurgeRAopreoperaitie emotionsandpostoperaialitlifiatitsdergigeolseAalofasi underwenteletiesurgeryinTanjinBeichnHspitalofTaditioalCineseMediciefromNovember2toNovember23wereseletedse researchbjetsTheyeredividedintocontrolgoup（4patients）andservationgrou（34patients）yandomumbrtableetod.Thtol groupreceivedusinndseatiooadfisingderthetofSosisfii negaiveotsSeltietal）eftigprial（D）oatiooti ambatiioiii [WorldHealthOranzatioQualtofLifeScalerief（WHQBRFwereompredbetwnthetwgroupsResultsAt3Onforrge thescoresofSdSinetooseeghrthatoeatadsiouteorsofSndSDineoseatogopeelower than those in the control group （ P< 0.05）.The postoperative feeding time，of-bed activity timeand postoperative hospital stay in the observation group wereshorterthan thoseinthecontrolgroup，andthepostoperativeVASscore waslower thanthat inthecontrol group（ P<0.05 ）.Theincidence of postoperative discomfort in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P<0.05 ）.The WHOQOL-BREF scores of the two groups afterperationereghertanatforesureryndtheOLBREFsoroftsevatiogopereghetanoseofttol group P <0.05）.CncusionRefinedursingundertheconeptofERAScaneetivelyaleviatethepreoperativengativeemotionsofpatients undergoingeeieolseaeoiiouodfortd postoperative quality of life.

胆结石（gallstone）为肝胆外科常见疾病，多由胆汁分泌紊乱、胆汁成分改变等原因引起的结晶析出、沉积所致，常伴有腹部闷胀、上腹压痛、消化不良等症状表现，可刺激胆囊黏膜，引起继发感染，导致急性炎症及胆囊癌等不良后果，其早期治疗尤为重要[12]。（剩余5396字）
