Abstract：ObeiveTvestigateeectdfetyofmabateinpreventiostpaemoagipatitsithpregaucd hyprtensionuderggaeantiosFomeertvebratitsiauced underwentcesareastioiginoutyatealandCidHalCareHospialeletedstesubtsofissudyAode randomnumberablemetod，teyweredividedintocontrolgoupandstudygoupwith3Opatientsinchgoup.Thecontrolgrouastreated withoxytocindeudosteateditbatedeefingousd4ousaoa hemorhagerate）aglatiofction（ateletoutrotobictiatedartialtomboplastiiendeseactiodc gastrointestialootliaiooalloeadeoossulsotfd and4hoursfeeliveryinesudoupssstanthatinthotrolgoupndteateofostparemoageasloweraatn the control group（ P⋅ <0.05）.Theplateletcountofthetwogroupswashigherthanthatbeforetreatment，theprothrombintimeandactivatedpartial thromboplastinewereshorterantoeeforetreamentiletelateletoutoftesudoupasgherthanatftooloupad theprothrombin timeand activatedpartial thromboplastin timewereshorter than thoseof thecontrol group（ P <0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group（ P <0.05）.Conclusion Hemabate is effective in preventing postpartum emoageiitsiaucdertedegaaiocholaiocio safety.It is worthy ofclinical application.

剖宫产是产科常见手术，在协助胎儿娩出方面具有重要意义，这种手术虽可帮助胎儿顺利娩出，保障母婴安全，但仍存在一定并发症发生风险，产后出血即为并发症中常见的一种，其对产妇造成的危害较大，出血严重时可直接导致产妇死亡。（剩余5058字）
