Abstract：OjectivTuderstandtheatusoofpatientswithchoicbtructivepulmoarydisease（COP）partcipatinginareddeion makingadalscosdeforososisagtal 174patientsagodiOfortrstiertaspialfoatecebreeedseaect byconveniencesaplingmethod.Thegeneraldataanddiseaseelateddataquestioairendpatientparticipationinmedicaldeisioaking expectatiosaleeeedfoesigtduivaatelstcessostoalthenctosft participationinshareddecision-making.ResultsThescoreofCOPDpatientsparticipatinginshareddecision-makingwas （31.87 ± 7.93）.Multivariate Logsticeglalitl main influencing factors for COPD patients to participate in shared decision-making （adjusted model Rz 0.441，F=127.875，P=0.000）.Conclusion Medical stffouldpaoetiottitsdsiaietoelooaldutoasdne patients，andprooteitsetiiadsiaingtpoalifdialdts satisfaction with medical treatment.
