【Abstract】Osteoarthritis (OA),as a common joint degenerative disease worldwide,is characterized by persistent chronic pain and severe limitation of joint movement.At present,as the molecular mechanism of arthritis is stil unclear,the existing treatment methods are mainly conservative. Moreover,as the symptoms continue to worsen,late - stage surgical treatment has become the only way to solvethe pain.Research has confirmed that the PI3K/AKT/ mTOR signaling pathway plays a significant role inthe normal metabolism of joint tissues,cartilage degradation,subchondralbone dysfunction and synovitis.The paper introduces the influence of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathwayoncartilage degradation,subchondral bone,and synovitis proliferation on the basisof autophagy,and discuses howthis signaling pathway afects thedevelopmentof the disease,witha focus on the treatment of osteoarthritis with related traditional Chinese medicine monomers and their prospects.

骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种常见的中老年性退行性或磨损性骨关节炎,全球有近2.4亿人受到骨关节炎的影响,其中60岁以上人群中,男性约占 10% ,女性占 18% ,后期伴随生活质量下降以及极高的致残率,给家庭及社会带来极大负担[1]。(剩余14748字)
