基于“脾为之卫”理论探讨酒精性肝炎防治思路

【Abstract】Alcoholic hepatitis falls within the categories of“acute hepatitis”，“plague hepatitis”，“alcohol addiction”，and“alcohol jaundice”in traditional Chinese medicine.Clinically，itis mainly characterized by symptoms such as fever，nausea，upper abdominal pain and hepatomegaly.The Inner Canon of the Yelow Emperor records the theorythat“the spleen is the defender”．Alcoholic hepatitis iscausedbythe weakness of spleenqi，whichleads to he internal generationof dampness，a decline in the function ofdefending theexteriorand interal invasionof pathogenic factors，or damp-heat persistence，unsmoth qi circulation，unfavorable transformation and transportation as wellas fumigatedliverand gallbladder.If the pathogenof alcohol does not disipate overa long periodof time，itis easy to produce phlegmand form blood stasis，which may eventuall lead to illness.Guided by the principleof“strengthening spleen and restoring defense”，the main treatment methods adopted are to nourish and warm the body to tonify qi， clear heat and eliminate dampness，promote qi circulation to resolve phlegm and activate blood circulation.Therefore， bytaking“the spleen is thedefender”astheentrypoint，theunderstanding oftherelationship betweenthe pathogenesis of alcoholic hepatitis and the spleen can provide new strategies and methods for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of alcoholic hepatitis.
