解郁运脾方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征伴SIBO临床观察

【Abstract】Objective：To explore theclinical effcacyof Jieyu Yunpi Prescription in the treatment of patients with diarhea -predominant iritable bowel syndrome（liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome） complicated with excessive growth of smallintestinalbacteria.Methods：72 patients were randomlydivided intothe treatment groupand the control group，andthe intervention period was 4 weeks.The evaluation indicators include TCM syndrome score， IBS -SS，negative conversion rateof SIBO and effectiverate.Results：The total effectiverate of the treatment group was 91.67% ，which was significantly better than 66.67% of the control group （ P<0.005 ）.The TCM syndrome scores and IBS - SSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment （ P<0.05 ），and the decrease in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（ P<0.05， ）.The negative conversion rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： Jieyu Yunpi Prescription has multi-dimensional clinical benefits in the treatment of patients with IBS-D of liver depression and spleen deficiency type accompanied by SIBO.
