Effect of Intestine Recovery Enema Prescription on the Contents of Serum IL -6， JAK2， STAT3 and SOCS3 in Rats with Ulcerative Colitis

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effectivenessof retention enema of Intestine Recovery Enema Prescription （IREP）inthe interventionof ulcerative colitis（UC）inrats.Methods：90 clean-grade male SDrats weredivided into the model group，mesalazine group，low-medium -high -dose IREP groups and control group，15 rats each group.The control group only received a saline retention enema of 1mL/100 z based on the body weight of rats，while the other groups used a TNBS mixture to establish the UC model.After the model was successfully created，the model group did not receivedrug intervention and the mesalazine group and the low-medium-high-dose IREP groups received corresponding drug intervention. The disease activity index （DAI）of rats， the contents of IL-6 ， JAK2， STAT3 and SOCS3 inthe bloodand thechanges incolon tissue were observedandevaluated.Results：After theintervention，theDAI scores of the mesalazine group and the high and medium-dose IREP groups were significantly decreased （ P<0.05 ）， but there was no statistically significant diffrence between the mesalazine groupand the low -dose IREP group （ P>0 O5）.After the intervention，the mesalazine and diferent IREP dose groups could significantly reducethe levels of IL- 6， JAK2 and STAT3（ P<0.01 ）and pathological tests indicated that the high -dose IREP group could repair the colonic mucosa.Conclusion：Intestine Recovery Enema Prescriptioncan improve thedisease activityof rats withulcerative colitis，reduce the contents of IL-6 ，JAK2 and STAT3 in the blood and repair the colonic mucosa.
