Exploration of the Medication Patterns for Treating Kidney Deficiency Infertility in the A Collection of Famous Works in Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Data Mining

【Abstract】Objective：To analyzeand summarize the medication characteristics and prescriptions paterns for the treatmentof kidneydeficiency infertilityintheA ColectionofFamousWorks in Gynecologyof Traditional Chinese Medicine based on data mining.Methods：The Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform was used to conduct data miningonprescriptionsforkidneydeficiencyinfertityintheACollctionofFamous Works inGynecologyofTraditional Chinese Medicine.A database of traditional Chinese herb medicine was established to carry out standardized processing，andthenconduct herb frequencystatistics，analyzeof the meridian atributes offour properties and fiveflavors of TCM herbs and make hierarchical cluster analysis and complex network analysis.Results： 65 valid prescriptions were included，involving 133kindsof Chineseherbs.Amongthem，the high-frequency herbs include Angelica，Rehmannia，Ligusticum，Paeonia，Ginseng，Poria，etc.The four properties of Chinese herbs were mainly warm，followed by neutraland slightly warm.The five flavors were mainly sweet，followed bypungent and biter.The channel tropism was the liver meridian，followed by the kidney and spleen meridians.Through cluster analysis，the three primary clustering paterns were found as the followings，（1） Chinese yam，cornus，rehmannia and dipsacus；（2）mugwort leaves，cinnamon，eucommia，and dried ginger；（3）peony bark，licorice，atractylodes，ginseng，poria，paeonia，cyperi，rehmannia，angelica，and ligusticum.Through complex network analysis，the core prescription was composed of modifiedeight ingredient decoction.Conclusion：Ancient prescriptions for treating kidneydeficiency infertity focus on the method of tonifying the kidneyand warming yang，benefitingqi and nourishing blood，which can provide certain references for the clinical medication of kidney deficiency infertilityin traditional Chinese medicine.
