Discussion on the Treatment of Liver Cancer Jaundice from the Perspective of the Spleen and Stomach

【Abstract】The paper discusses the theoretical basis and practical application of traditional Chinese medicine in treating jaundice caused by liver cancer from the perspective of the spleen and stomach.Jaundice in liver cancer，as a common symptom intheadvanced stageof livercancer，seriously affects thequalityof lifeof patients.According to traditional Chinese medicinetheory，the imbalanceof spleenand stomachfunctionsis closelyrelated totheformationof jaundicecaused by liver cancer.The liverand spleenare physiologicallyinterdependent andpathologically influence each other.When one thrives，they thrive togetherand when theother declines，theysufer together.Therefore，in the treatment of jaundice caused byliver cancer，traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the importanceof protecting the midle bumer and strengthening the spleen to eliminate dampness.The paper points out that spleen deficiency is the corefactor inthe formationof liver cancerwhiletheformationof jaundicein livercancer is related to theabnormal ascending and descending of the spleen and stomach and the transformation of dampness into heat due to stagnation. In thetreatment of jaundice caused by liver cancer，itis importantto focus on regulating the functionsof the spleen and stomach.By means of strengthening thebody's fundamentalconstitution，tonifyingqi and invigorating the spleen， etc.，the circulation of qi and blood can be promoted andthe bodys resistancecan be enhanced.Atthe same time， the treatment should comprehensively consider the relationship between the liver and spleen，balance Yin and Yang， and harmonize qi and blood，in order to achieve the goal of treating the root cause of the disease.
